Organisation Update

The first patch will be coming this week. It's primary focus is to organise code, documentation and commenting within the package so you can use the functions and tools more easely.

I'm also including a large amount of code comments which I understand may not be desirable to everyone. It's purpose is so that others can learn from the code I have written but if anyone would prefer less commenting please do reach out so I can find a level that works best for everyone.

Finally I plan on adding a notification system within the Debug Essentials toolkit so more pressing notifications can be displayed to not only you the developers but also the users if you like.

With this being a very early release all feedback and suggestions are very welcome.
